This is a pair of antique copper zabaglione pots. Also called a Bain Marie or double boiler the zabaglione pan cooks egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine quickly and evenly over a gentle heat. The pan is perfect for use as a bain marie pan. Makes easy work of whisking egg yolks over simmering water to get that perfectly thick and creamy zabaglione custard. The pair adorns a rich patinated finish and will be a perfect addition to a European, country kitchen decor. 

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Some dents and natural surface wear to the copper.
