This is antique Victorian spool art table exhibits a sophisticated folk art sensibility. Wearing a wonderfully mottled black paint, the wooden end table features "spool" legs with gold accents. A rich beautifully embossed leather wraps the tables top. A wonderfully utilitarian and versatile piece.  

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Loss of paint. General wear to the leather with a scuff at one corner and small nick marks. Remnants of fabric trim on the uncovered shelf.
